As a Yoga Instructor in Cincinnati, my goal is to help your mind and body connect and develop a deeper understanding of your unique skeletal structure and how it affects you in exercise. My specialties are Yin Yoga, Chair Yoga, and Taoist Yoga. I also provide training in Functional Anatomy Skeletal Variation Assessments, Philosophy, and Meditation workshops for those interested in continuing their educations, as well as a wide range of classes for people of all backgrounds, ages, and experiences. Meet Michael Spears
I’ve been an instructor in Cincinnati since 2011. I am a 200 hour and 500 hour RYT as well as a Reiki Healer Practitioner. I believe in living a life full of joy, peace, gratitude, and free of judgement. These feelings guide my teaching and practice, which is focused on helping my students better connect to themselves and with their surroundings. I offer classes and private sessions, as well as spiritual and emotional advice to help my clients achieve their full potential in themselves and in life.
